Delivery Policy

 

Delivery time
All items will be delivered within 3-5 working days, excluding Public Holidays. Orders will be shipped by J&T Express. Please expect possible delays on delivery during peak periods such as Public Holidays.

Unsuccessful deliveries
Any unsuccessful delivery attempted twice will be returned to J&E Baby and Mothercare Pte Ltd. No refunds will be made and if subsequent delivery is still required, a SGD$5 delivery charge will be imposed.

 

Delivery charges
FREE shipping on all orders above SGD$80 and SGD$5 delivery charge for orders under SGD$80. We offer delivery to local Singapore addresses only. Self-collection option is strictly available by appointment only.
