Delivery time

All items will be delivered within 3-5 working days, excluding Public Holidays. Orders will be shipped by Shopee Express. Please expect possible delays on delivery during peak periods such as Public Holidays.

Unsuccessful deliveries

Any unsuccessful delivery attempted twice will be returned to J&E Baby and Mothercare Pte Ltd. No refunds will be made and if subsequent delivery is still required, a SGD$5 delivery charge will be imposed.

Delivery charges

FREE shipping on all orders above SGD$80 and SGD$5 delivery charge for orders under SGD$80. We offer delivery to local Singapore addresses only. Self-collection option is strictly available by appointment only.
